Insurance
Maine and Florida. I'm in network with the plans below through Grow Therapy, which handles eligibility checks, claims, and billing. Book through Grow and they'll confirm your coverage and co-pay before the first session.

Ontario. Psychotherapy with a Registered Social Worker is not covered by OHIP, but most extended health plans reimburse it. Check your plan for "social worker" or "psychotherapy" coverage. You'll receive a receipt with my registration number after each session.
Policies
- Cancellations. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a session. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged the full fee, which insurance does not cover. [confirm hours and amount]
- Payment. Self-pay sessions are charged to a card on file after each session. [confirm method]
- Sessions are online only. You need to be physically located in Maine, Florida, or Ontario at the time of the session, in a private space.
- Email and texts are for scheduling only. Please keep health details out of them.
